The Fowler Bonan Foundation is helping fight hunger in local communities with a canned soup drive. According to Feeding America's “Map the Meal Gap”, more than 45,000 southern Illinoisans struggle with having enough food to eat. The Fowler Bonan Foundation recognizes the importance of community support, especially during difficult times, and hopes that the soup drive will raise awareness of hunger in local communities. The Together We Can canned soup drive aims to collect cans of soup through March 15th.

You are is invited to donate cans of soup or make monetary contributions to support the local initiative which is in its third year. Since starting this annual drive, the Fowler Bonan Foundation, led by board chair Dale Fowler, has collected over 100,000 canned goods to give back in the community. To find a donation site near you, visit www.FowlerBonanFoundation.com or follow the Foundation’s Facebook page.
