The City of Carbondale and Carbondale Main Street are teaming up to host free outdoor concerts featuring local entertainers at the Washington Street venue. The first of five concerts will be this Saturday, August 12th from 7 to 10pm. The Washington Street Concert Venue is at the corner of S. Washington Street and E. Main Street. Public consumption of alcohol will be allowed during these events within the Entertainment District. Off the Rails Concert Series permits visitors to bring their own alcohol in non-glass containers.
