Chili's to Open Monday in Carbondale

Carbondale, IL – The restaurant options in Carbondale are about to grow.

Chili's Grill and Bar will be opening on East Main Street across from University Mall Monday morning.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. with the official opening at 11.

The new restaurant will employ 65 people.
