State Senator Terri Bryant is calling on Governor Pritzker to step in and help save the historic Modoc Ferry.
The ferry, a long-standing link across the Mississippi River, is facing possible shutdown due to a lack of funding.
Bryant says the ferry is a vital connection for southern Illinois residents—and if Missouri can help cover its share of the costs, Illinois should step up too.
