The Carbondale Lions Club Pancake day will take place on April 30 at the Carbondale Civic Center.

Because of COVID-19 many in-person fundraisers were not held. Amanda Perryman, President of the Carbondale Lions Club says after a two and a half year absence,

the group is eager to return to their popular in-person pancake day on April 30. She says while the Lions' Foundation helped during the lockdown, she is eager for an in-person event.

"The more we can interact with the community and the more we can engage with them and get them to come to pancake days, the more we can do for our community as a whole."

This year the Pancake Day will be held at the Carbondale Civic on Saturday April 30 starting at 7 in the morning. I'm Kevin Boucher.
