The family of Southern Illinois University Carbondale student Paden Schultz will be in attendance during a visitation from noon to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, in the Student Center Auditorium, and they would like to meet as many people as possible. Attendees are free to come and go.

Paden, a zoology major from Waterloo, Illinois, passed away on Monday, Jan. 30. He was an outstanding orientation leader, participated in the Saluki Summer Bridge program in 2020 and returned as a mentor in 2021. Paden exhibited his Saluki spirit as a member of the Marching Salukis and as enthusiastic member of the Dawg Pound.
