The struggle of budget airlines

Budget airline Avelo is closing down its West Coast operations. Another low-cost carrier, Breeze, is also struggling to take off.

We talk with Here & Now‘s transportation analyst Seth Kaplan about why these carriers are struggling more than their predecessors, Allegiant and Spirit.
