11th Annual Women's Health Naturally Expo will bring natural healthcare practitioners and providers together from all over the Southern Illinois region in a nurturing environment where they can meet with and help educate women on how to naturally care for themselves and their families. Keynote speaker, Ali Miller, RD will present on "Food is Medicine: Why it Matters," followed by panel discussion. Registration includes: access to Expo Floor; 30+ practitioners/providers; Keynote address; Panel discussion on same topic; catered lunch by Town Square Market; hourly drawings; and closing Sound Therapy/Movement by True Nature Holistic Arts.
