The American Red Cross seeks individuals in the region to volunteer for their Disaster Action Team.
A one-day disaster response training course will teach volunteers the skills required to assist in the aftermath of disasters.
Trainees will receive step-by-step information from certified Red Cross instructors.
No experience is required.
Training is Saturday, February 1, from 9 to 4 p.m. at Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg.
