On September 13 in Carbondale, a panel of experts will discuss responses to disasters, how to prepare for them and prevent crimes during disasters.

WSIU's Brad Palmer spoke with one of the panelists, Dr. Clover Johnson, about what she will share during the event called Be Prepared, Don't Be Scared.
