John A Logan College's President is a finalist for a similar job in Kansas.
The Dodge City Globe reports Mike Dreith is one of the top prospects for President of Dodge City Community College. Dreith is one of five finalists - and two of them have ties to Dodge City Community College already.
Dreith took over at Logan three years ago. The school has struggled with declining state funding, including an order that the school get fewer dollars because it had been getting money for classes in its fitness center that didn't meet requirements.
