Ornithologist Dr. Mike Baltz gives us a riveting story about a unique encounter that he had in a southern Illinois swamp, with a Timber Rattlesnake.

Dr.  Baltz's meeting with this snake happened in Oakwood Bottoms, in Jackson County.
