Centerstone is looking for community volunteers in Jackson County.
The agency is looking for adults to join the youth community collaboration committee, which works to prevent youth violence and support mental health by creating a strong community support system.
Volunteers must live in Jackson County and the agency is looking for those with a background in business, law, media, law enforcement or philanthropy.
The group meets over Zoom from 9 to 10 am on the second Tuesday of each month, and the next meeting will be held on August 9th. Anyone interested in volunteering can contact Centerstone.
