The leader of SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt.Vernon is moving on.
Jeremy Bradford is leaving his position at SSM Health's Good Samaritan Hospital next month, to take a similar job in Maryland.
Bradford has served as CEO of the facility since 2019. Before that, he was a Regional Vice President of Operations for SSM Health.
System leaders credit Bradford with opening a Weight Management and Metabolic Center, as well as adding a new Hybrid OR and Progressive Care Unit at the hospital in Jefferson County, as well as his leadership through the COVID pandemic.
SSM Health Illinois Regional President Michael Baumgartner will step in as CEO of the hospital after Bradford's departure.
