A Randolph County man faces a dozen counts of Possession of Child Pornography -- under the age of 13.
The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation reports the arrest of 33-year-old Brian Fricke of Chester.
On February 15, ISP agents and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began an investigation into the possession of child pornography. On April 3, a search warrant was conducted, and Fricke was taken into custody for Possession of Child Pornography and transported to the Randolph County Jail.
