Beginning Friday, the City of Christopher is implementing a curfew for children.
The city is requiring any child under the age 16 to be in their home after 10-pm unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian... or unless they are permitted to work by the state of Illinois.
Christopher city officials say the executive order will remain in place for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. They're encouraging residents to stay safe, stay healthy, and stay home.
