Vienna High School was locked down for part of Tuesday morning after what's being called an anonymous communication of inappropriate nature.

Superintendent Joshua Stafford says the high school was placed on lockdown as a precaution.
The Johnson County Sheriff's Department, Vienna Police, Illinois State Police, and the FBI investigated the matter. Following their preliminary investigation law enforcement determined it was safe to resume normal activity.
