Four Injured In Carbondale Shooting, Suspect At Large

Carbondale Police say one person is wanted after a shooting on the city's town square Friday night.Investigators say they got the call of shots fired around 10:00pm. The incident happened near the ABC Liquor Mart on North Washington Street.

Three victims were initially found, and a fourth was already at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, when police arrived. One victim had to be airlifted to a St. Louis hospital with life-threatening injuries, the other three remained at Memorial in Carbondale.

Police say the suspect is 27-year old Jody Pullen, Jr. of Carbondale. He is considered armed and dangerous, and faces aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated battery with a firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm charges.

Anyone who comes in contact with Pullen is asked to call police.
