A runaway teen from Pulaski County may be in Carbondale

The Carbondale Police Department is searching for a runaway teenager.

Officers say 16-year-old Jamieyre Ward of Mounds was last seen on Saturday at around 1:30 a.m. in the 400 block of West Jackson Street in Carbondale.

Ward is described as five-six, weighing 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair with tips dyed red.

Ward was last seen wearing a black and grey hooded sweatshirt and black pants and has been known to frequent the 300 block of South Poplar Street in Carbondale.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jamieyre Ward should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200.
