The search continues for a southern Illinois teen missing since February

Over six months have gone by since a southern Illinois teenager went missing.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for the public's help in finding 14-year-old Skyla Lietz. She was 13 years old when she disappeared from Tamaroa on February 23, 2024.

Authorities believe she may be in the company of an adult female in the Union County area.

Skyla is described as 5'4" and weighed 108 lbs. when she was last seen. She has blue eyes and blonde dyed hair with pink streaks.
