The “Off the Rails” Concert Series returns to downtown Carbondale this weekend.
The City of Carbondale and Carbondale Main Street are teaming up to host free outdoor concerts featuring local entertainers at the Washington Street venue at the corner of S. Washington Street and E. Main Street. This Saturday, see DJ Vortex & DJ Radiator from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and Rosalba Valdez from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In Mulkeytown, The West Franklin Historical District & Silkwood Inn Museum hosts their 11th Annual Craft & Vendor Fair Saturday, September 30th from 9am to 3pm. Biscuits & gravy breakfast with sausage and a drink will be available from 7 to 9am. And lunch will be available, too with a menu offering chili, hot dogs, taco salads, nachos and more.
The American Red Cross is in need of blood donations and you can donate blood tomorrow from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and on Friday from Noon - 4 p.m., Tri County Electric Co-op
