The SIH Foundation and the HMC Foundation would like to invite you to attend the 11th Annual Gala event on Friday, March 22, 2024. The festivities begin at 6:00 pm and the evening consists of a collection of gourmet tastes, live music and dancing, and an auction with mobile bidding. Please plan to attend this prestigious and entertaining event while helping to support the mission of improving the health and well-being of all the people in the communities we serve. Proceeds from the event benefit the SIH Mulberry Center at Harrisburg.

The Carbondale Community Farmers Market will be hosting a free, community Seed Swap event on Saturday, February 10th from 10am to 1 pm at the University Mall in Carbondale. Seeds will be available including vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Patrons are encouraged to bring labeled seeds to donate but it is not required. All are welcome to join us in making seed bombs that can be planted in the spring. This event is completely free to the public.

Filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the most important thing students can do to secure funding for college. To support students and families in this crucial step, Illinois Eastern Community Colleges will host a series of FAFSA Nights. The next one is at Lincoln Trail College on Feb 8th from 4 to 7pm in Williams Hall Room 112.
