SIU-C 2013 State of the University: Rita Cheng

Southern Illinois University Carbondale Chancellor Rita Cheng delivered her 2013 State of the University address on Monday.

Chancellor Cheng acknowledged the university's enrollment drop at the beginning of her address and then spent more than an hour showcasing the university's many honors as well as numerous faculty and student accomplishments.
