The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is now hiring fishing instructors for 2024 clinics through the department's Urban Fishing Program.

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is now hiring fishing instructors for 2024 clinics through the department's Urban Fishing Program. Positions are available throughout Illinois, specifically in Jackson and Jefferson Counties.

Fishing instructors host the department's free clinics. The positions are temporary and do not exceed six months, which are potentially good seasonal jobs for teachers, retirees, and students interested in teaching fishing skills and ecology.
