This Halloween, The Illinois Department of Transportation and the State Police remind motorists of the consequences of driving under the influence.
ISP Division Board of Control Colonel Chris Owen said, "There's no trick to avoiding a DUI. If you drink or drive high, we'll treat you to a DUI this Halloween."

If you are the designated driver, ensure passengers use a seat belt.
Report impaired drivers by pulling over and calling 911.
