ISP Division Board of Control Colonel Chris Owen said, "There's no trick to avoiding a DUI. If you drink or drive high, we'll treat you to a DUI this Halloween."

Always plan a safe way to get home. Call a cab or use a ride-sharing service or mass transit if impaired.

If you are the designated driver, ensure passengers use a seat belt.

Report impaired drivers by pulling over and calling 911.
