The Illinois Film Office is calling on filmmakers aged 22 and under to submit entries for its Shortcuts Short Film Contest.
Winners will receive $250 and have their work screened at a festival in Rockford in November.
All submissions are due by August 31 and will be considered for festival inclusion. The contest aims to spotlight student and emerging talent statewide.
