Carterville, IL – STUDENTS AT JOHN A. LOGAN COLLEGE WILL NOW RECEIVE THEIR FINANCIAL AID REFUNDS ELECTRONICALLY. JOHN A. HAS CONTRACTED WITH HIGHER ONE, A PAYMENT COMPANY FOCUSED EXCLUSIVELY ON HIGHER EDUCATION, TO DISTRIBUTE THE ELECTRONIC REFUNDS.
LOGAN'S DEAN FOR FINANCIAL OPERATIONS, KIM DIXON, THINKS THAT THIS NEW METHOD WILL GREATLY HELP STUDENTS AS WELL AS JOHN A. LOGAN STAFF.
"We really had a desire to improve the process for our students to get their refunds to them quicker and eliminating problems that they've encountered in the past with checks getting lost in the mail you know further delaying receipt of their refunds, feeling that the process could also require less staff hours on our end hopefully making our operation more cost efficient."
ELECTRONIC REFUNDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH HIGHER ONE BEGINNING THIS SUMMER AT JOHN A. LOGAN COLLEGE.
