Regional Office of Education number 21, which serves Franklin, Johnson, Massac, & Williamson Counties, is registering substitute teachers at an upcoming event. If you know someone with an Associate’s degree or higher, or someone who has completed 60 hours of coursework, they are eligible to become a new substitute teacher.
