Get Your Car Seat Inspected on Friday by certified car seat safety technicians. at Stop by Carbondale Fire Station #2 between 10 AM and Noon. Certified technicians from CFD and CPD will provide parents and caregivers with an opportunity to learn about child passenger safety and have their car seats checked for proper use and installation. If possible, bring the child who will be riding in the car seat, the vehicle owner's manual, and the car seat instruction manual. Please allow 30 minutes per car seat.
