SIUC Residence Halls to Open Early Due to Weather

Due to a major winter storm forecast for northern Illinois this weekend, officials at Southern Illinois University Carbondale say residence halls will open a day early on Friday at 2 p.m. to allow students to travel safely.
Trueblood Dining Hall will provide limited meal service from 4-6 p.m. on Friday. Regular meal service will resume in both campus dining halls on Saturday.
