Celebrate a ‘Salukis in Paradise’ SIU Homecoming October 16-21

Southern Illinois University Carbondale's 2023 Homecoming is a few weeks away.

The theme this year is "Salukis in Paradise: A celebration of Southern Illinois as our home away from home!"

There will be events all week long, from a pep rally on October 16 to the game against South Dakota State on October 21.

Assistant director of student engagement and programming Sean Cooney said there will be many opportunities to celebrate SIU and what it means to be a Saluki for our current students and for our alumni.
