UPDATED TIME: A Saluki Softball Watch Party is set for Friday, May 17

The SIU Alumni Association and Saluki Sports Properties are hosting a watch party on the patio at Buffalo Wild Wings in Carbondale so fans can cheer on the SIU softball team in the NCAA Tournament.

The Salukis are scheduled to take on the California Golden Bears at the Baton Rouge Regional on Friday. The Salukis have won nine-straight games heading into the NCAA Tournament.

The watch party begins at 11 a.m.
