The U.S. Small Business Administration will open a Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Alexander County to assist businesses and residents affected by severe storms and flooding from February 24th through July 3rd.
This will allow victims to apply for low-interest disaster loans.
The disaster loan center at Pit Stop Pizza in McClure will be open Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The center will be open Monday through Wednesday of next week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will re-open from December 2nd through 5th before shutting down.
The disaster loan center covers storm and flood victims from Alexander, Union and Pulaski Counties in southern Illinois and Cape Girardeau, Scott and Mississippi Counties in southeast Missouri.
