Downtown Murphysboro Hosts St. Patrick's Day Festival

The St. Patrick’s Day Festival is this weekend in Downtown Murphysboro which includes many events like the The Festival Parade Saturday morning at 11am.

The Irish Heritage Free Fair is immediately following the parade at the Murphysboro Youth and Rec Center. Kids can enjoy games and activities, including a shamrock hunt, cookie decorating and sample traditional irish stew. Find more information at www.murphsboropark.com
