The City of Carbondale will begin construction work at 511 S. Illinois Avenue on Thursday, August 7, and Friday, August 8, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. as part of ongoing downtown revitalization efforts.
The project may affect parking and traffic flow in the area. Signage will be in place to guide drivers and pedestrians safely.
