Carbondale’s annual Neighborhood Alliance Meeting will take place Saturday, February 7, at the Carbondale Public Library. A hybrid event, the meeting can be accessed via a Zoom facilitated by the Library. Registration begins at 9:30 and the meeting starts at 10 a.m., wrapping up by noon. As usual, many area organizations will give updates on their activities and plans for 2026. Topics to be covered include the Carbondale Community Housing NFP and Find Help, as well as changes at the City. Several representatives from City departments will be available for Q & A. Women's Health Naturally Expo & Workshops 2026
12th Annual Women's Health Naturally Expo will bring natural healthcare practitioners and providers together from all over the Southern Illinois region in a nurturing environment where they can meet with and help educate people on how to naturally care for themselves and their families. Registration includes: access to Expo Floor; 40+ practitioners/providers; Workshops throughout the day; catered lunch by Branch Cafe & Market; hourly drawings; and closing movement. This event is inclusive, all are welcome.
