Henry N. Barkhausen Cache River Wetland Center to reopen on Jan. 10

On Saturday, Jan. 10, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources is inviting the public to the re-opening of the Henry N. Barkhausen Cache River Wetland Center at the Cache River State Natural Area in Johnson County.

WSIU's Brad Palmer previewed the event with new natural resources coordinator Sydney Waters.

The re-opening celebration is set for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The center is located on Route 37 south in Cypress.
