Runaway juvenile Brayden Jeffers has been located safe and in good health. The Carbondale Police Department says the assistance of the public is greatly appreciated.

The Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Brayden T. Jeffers, 14 of Carbondale, was last seen on Sunday, June 4th, around 11:00 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Grand Avenue in Carbondale.

He is described as 5’09” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Brayden was last seen wearing a gray and white Chicago Bulls sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and a camouflage fanny pack.

He frequents the 700 block of South Lewis Lane and East Burke St.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brayden should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-320.
