Child sex offense arrest in Franklin County

After nearly a month-long investigation, a Benton man has been taken into custody for sex offenses related to a juvenile.

On July 5th, 2025 the Franklin County Sheriff's Office received information about the allegations against 34-year-old Brian Davis. Detectives took him into custody today.

Sheriff Kyle Bacon says Davis is charged with 3 counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, 4 counts of Child Pornography and 5 counts of Criminal Sexual Assault.
