Support for those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of being unhoused is being offered at The Dignity Fair. Arrowleaf and community partners are bringing together flexible, community-based resources in the community for those in need. They are placing a focus on making sure that attendees feel welcome, valued and respected as they seek out resources. At Dignity Fair, those in attendance find help with housing, transportation, employment services and medical wellness checks. Emotional support will be offered along with a cookout, free haircuts, laundry assistance, clothing and an Expungement Clinic. The event is June 27th from 1 to 5pm at the Shawnee Extension Center in Anna located on Vienna Street. This is a public event and all are welcome.
