A Franklin County woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in Saline County.
Illinois State Police say 67-year-old Shelia Davis of Benton sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The preliminary investigation revealed 67-year-old Larry Davis of Benton was headed south on Route 34, north of McFarland Road, when the vehicle collided with a tree, which had fallen across both lanes of traffic due to a storm. Mr. Davis was not injured.
The tree was removed later Sunday afternoon.
