The Illinois Housing Development Authority and the Corporation for Supportive Housing are accepting applications for the 2026 Supportive Housing Institute, which trains development teams to create affordable housing with support services.
The program begins in March with eight in-person sessions in Springfield and two virtual sessions.
IHDA leaders say the institute helps developers move projects forward and improve outcomes for people facing homelessness.
Applications are open through January 30.
