Former Saluki hammer thrower Deanna Price is getting ready to compete in the Summer Olympics in Paris.

This will be her third Olympic Games after competing in Rio in 2016 and Tokyo in 2021.

COVID restrictions in Tokyo required athletes to compete in mostly empty stadiums.

Price is excited that her family could potentially attend the Paris games, but they need some help to pay for the trip.

Price has set up a GoFundMe to help get her family to Paris.

Price finished 8th in Tokyo after suffering a broken ankle.

She qualified for the 2024 Games after a second place finish last weekend at the U.S. Olympic trials.
