A Carbondale man is headed to prison after failing to comply with the terms of his probation.

The Jackson County State's Attorney says 39-year-old Tarriel Hudson pleaded guilty to Domestic Battery in February 2018. He was sentenced to two years' probation.
Hudson failed to comply when he didn't report to the Probation office and did not complete the counseling and substance abuse treatment program as ordered.

The Court sentenced Hudson to serve six and-a-half years in prison.
