Tamms Death Investigated as a Homicide

Illinois State Police say they're investigating the death of a Tamms man as a homicide.
Investigators with both the State Police and Illinois Fire Marshall's Office are looking into the death of Larry McNelly. His body was recovered from the Mississippi River in Tennessee after a fire at his home on September 10.

Police are asking anyone with information to call State Police Zone 7 Investigations - the number is 618-521-2171.
