On June 30, Deputies with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a body located in the 8000 block of Chittyville Road. The victim, identified as Richard Frank John Hernandez, was found dead inside an abandoned residence.
On July 1, an autopsy revealed that Hernandez had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

On July 3, Anthony Henderson and Wyatt Holland were taken into custody for Armed Robbery in a case unrelated to the homicide investigation.
On July 5, both were charged with Armed Robbery in a separate, unrelated incident.
Then, on Wednesday, Williamson County State’s Attorney Ted Hampson charged Henderson and Holland with First Degree Homicide in the death of Hernandez.
