A warrant has been issued in Union County for a man accused of solicitation, grooming, and child pornography.
State's Attorney Daniel Klingemann says Dmitriy Seregeyevic Seleznev is wanted on $500,000 bond, charged with child pornography, indecent solicitation of a child, traveling to meet a minor, and grooming. All of those charges are felonies.
Seleznev is considered armed and dangerous. He is believed to be driving a black Cadillac with tinted windows and Oregon license plates. He's described as a white man with brown hair, 5'10" weighing 175 pounds.
