A suspect is in custody for an armed robbery in Williamson County

A primary suspect has been identified in an armed robbery in Williamson County.

Shortly before noon on August 22, the Energy Police Department received a report of an armed robbery in the 200 block of Pine Street.

Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Investigators, in collaboration with Detectives from the Energy Police Department, have identified a primary suspect.

On Tuesday, an arrest warrant was issued for Tyreon Taylor-Ford.

Investigators tracked Taylor-Ford’s location to Macon County, Illinois where Deputies assisted in his apprehension.

Taylor-Ford is now in the custody of the Williamson County Sheriff and additional arrests are anticipated.
