A Carbondale teenager is accused of displaying a stolen firearm.

Tuesday evening, Carbondale police officers responded to the 400 block of East College Street for a person who displayed a firearm.

Officers located the suspect, who was later identified as 18-year-old Isaiah Pryor.

Upon seeing officers, Pryor fled on foot and was quickly apprehended. Officers located the firearm Pryor discarded and learned it had been reported stolen from a nearby jurisdiction.

Pryor was charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Resisting a Peace Officer.
