The City of Mt. Vernon Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting an open house in the coming week.
The open house will focus on a current park master planning effort for Veterans Memorial Park and Lincoln Park, as well as an indoor recreation facility market study.
Attendees will have an opportunity to provide input on the planning efforts for Veterans Memorial and Lincoln park and hear the findings of the market study.
The Mt. Vernon open house takes place on Wednesday, October 9th at the Rolland Lewis Community Building and will start at 4:30 p.m.
